However, we understand that there may be times when you are not entirely satisfied with your order. Here's how we can assist you in those situations:

Return Policy for Eyewear

If you are not fully satisfied with your eyewear purchase, you can return the item in its original, UN-USED condition (with all tags still attached, if any) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or a replacement.

Return Policy for Handbags

For our pre-loved designer handbags, we offer a return window of 7 days. Since these items are pre-loved, they might not come with original tags. However, please ensure that the bag is returned in the same condition as you received it, including any accessories or packaging that came with it.

General Guidelines for Returns

  1. All return requests must be initiated within the respective return window. Once a return case is opened, you must ship the item back within 4 days. Returns will automatically close if not shipped within 4 days of opening a return case.

  2. While we do offer free shipping, any additional shipping charges added by a customer will not be refunded.

  3. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return. Items are considered received when online tracking shows "delivered".

Restocking Fee

We do apply a restocking fee for returned items. This is deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with restocking the item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Denial

While it's very rare, we reserve the right to deny a return if policy abuse is suspected.
