Do you sell any fakes or replicas?
Absolutely not. We inspect every single item for authenticity to ensure that everything shipped to our customers is genuine. All of our items are guaranteed authentic or money back including shipping both ways. We don’t like replicas at The Shades Hut!

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ships the item within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, via USPS.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the item in the condition in which you received it (with any/all tags still attached) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)


I want to return an item, what should I do?
Simply send us an email and we will send you all the instructions for the returns. We keep things simply, so you don't have to worry.

How long does it take to process refunds?
You will receive a refund within 2-3 business days after the item has been returned and inspected. You will receive a refund of the original purchase price and taxes paid, minus original shipping costs unless if there was an error on our part.
