Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason just return the item in the UN-USED condition you received it in (with any/all tags still attached); for eyewear within 30 days and for all kinds of handbags within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement item.

The Return Policy

  • We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) A refund will be issued within 48-72 hours upon successful inspection.
  • All products must be returned within 4 days of opening a return or return tracking must indicate the product has been shipped back within 4 days of opening the return. Returns will automatically close after 4 days of opening a return case if not shipped.
  • All accessories, tags, stickers, boxes, etc that were provided with the product must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
  • All returned products must be undamaged and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund
  • While we do offer free shipping, no refund will be provided for any kind of shipping charges that were added by a customer.
  • All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Items are considered received when online tracking shows “delivered”. Please check your item immediately upon receipt and immediately report any damage to us and open a return/exchange case. There will be no exception to this clause as we are a clearance shop and we have to impose this strictly to combat returns fraud and keep our prices at the clearance level.

*Although very rare, we reserve the right to deny a return if policy abuse is determined, we also reserve the right to impose a restocking fee in case of policy abuse. In case the order is not eligible for a free return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund (if our label was used).

At TheShadesHut we have full respect for cancellation and we have a no-questions-asked cancellation policy but we are a small and upcoming business and a canceled order accumulates and results in undue expenses.
