We want you to be completely in love with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the item in the condition in which you received it (with any/all tags still attached). If any tags are missing, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Items must be received back at The Shades Hut within 30 days of your online order date.

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and we will refund your amount within 24-48 hours.


We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

If your order was purchased with a discount code, please note that the discount cannot be applied to a return. The refund will be issued for the actual amount paid.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our team.

Any unauthorized returns, or items that are returned in a condition other than the original condition in which they were received, may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
